Hi! I’m Dana, I’m currently a culinary student at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. I moved here in January to test out my skills in a professional kitchen – if it doesn’t work out, or I just can’t lead a life where I can’t paint my nails every two days, I have law school waiting for me in September. But in the mean time, I will fill you in on mes gateaux et chateaux. Les gateaux will represent not just the cakes I make, but everything food related – class, restaurants, boulangeries, patisseries, the list goes on. Hopefully les chateaux will eventually represent the home of my future petit ami, but until then the museums and chateaux in and around Paris will have to suffice.
